Bite-Sized Fun Cookies Recipe

Craving a sweet snack but don’t have the time to make something elaborate? Try

these adorable bite-sized cookies that’ll yield plenty of delight! They come in a

small 1-inch size in all sorts of fun shapes! Enjoy with friends and family or savor

them yourself!


Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp oil (for greasing)

  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour

    o ¼ cup flour (for dusting)

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • ¼ tsp salt

  • 1 stick room-temperature butter

  • 1 ½ cup sugar

  • 1 ½ tsp vanilla

  • ½ cup heavy cream


Directions:

Before Starting:

a. Grease cookie sheet with oil.

b. Preheat oven to 400° F.

c. Dust cutting board with flour.

Cookies:

1. Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix.

2. In another bowl, beat butter and sugar.

3. Add vanilla and cream to bowl with wet ingredients.

4. Slowly add flour mixture to wet ingredients until blended.

Chef’s Tip: Do not beat with flour until all ingredients are incorporated. If the dough is too thick, add a bit of milk to loosen.

5. Take dough to dusted board and cut fun shapes!

Recommended Shapes: hearts, flowers, stars, circles at 1-inch size.

6. Bake at 400° F for 10-12 minutes. Enjoy!
